Join me as I discover the amazing things our local farms have to offer, and the delicious ways to enjoy them...one meal at a time.

Green Beans

Want an easy side dish that takes almost no time to make, is healthy, tastes delicious and looks great? Look no further! These sautéed garlicky beans are the perfect side for barbecues, potlucks, fried chicken and holidays.  And because they don’t take long to cook (you want these crisp, not soggy!) they’re a great choice for a last minute dish.
