Prep Time: 20 Min
-1 bag frozen french fries -light cooking oil spray -1/2 tsp salt (or garlic salt if making garlic fries -1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley -1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook Time: 40 Mi
Spray and season. Lightly spray the french fries with olive oil or cooking oil and sprinkle with salt (or garlic salt if using).
Add the frozen fries to the air fryer. Add the fries to the air fryer in as even of a layer as possible (although it's ok if they are piled on top of each other a bit since you will be shaking them throughout.)
Air fry the fries. Set the air fryer to 380 degrees F and the timer to 18 minutes. At the 8 minute mark, pause the cooking and give the air fryer basket a good shake to help them cook evenly.
Add the Parmesan. Top the fries with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Add the parsley. Add the chopped parsley to the fries and toss everything well.
Don't over cook. All air fryers are different so err on the side of caution and check them often until you know how quickly they will cook. Different sized fries will also cook faster/slower so check them often!
