Ingredients
Prepare the dressing. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Whisk well and set aside.
Make the grinder salad. Chop the deli meats, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and banana peppers and place in a medium bowl.
Mix. Pour the dressing mixture over the top of the chopped meats, cheese and veggies and mix well to combine.
Stuff. Cut the Italian subs or hoagie rolls and stuff the grinder salad into the subs. Serve immediately.
Careful with the dressing. Add just a little of the dressing to the chopped mixture at a time until you get the consistency you're after. You don't want the grinder salad to be too soupy!
