Made with Kings Hawaiian rolls, caramelized onions, cheese, and leftover turkey and cranberry sauce, these are an easy meal for the day after Thanksgiving. Perfect for leftovers!

Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Key Ingredients

-Leftover Turkey -Leftover Cranberry Sauce  -Hawaiian Rolls -Cheese -Butter -Dijon Mustard & Worcestershire  -Caramelized Onions -Poppy Seeds

Slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half so that you have a top half and a bottom half.

Place the bottom half of Hawaiian rolls in a prepared baking dish.

Add the turkey and caramelized onions to the bottom half of Hawaiian rolls.

Step 4

Add the leftover cranberry sauce on top of the turkey and onions.

Top with cheese (Havarti or Swiss work well here).

Combine the butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and poppy seeds and melt, stirring until well mixed. Add the top half of the rolls and brush the mix over the sandwiches.

Cover the sandwiches and bake them in the oven until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melty, about 15-20 minutes.
