Blackberry creamsicles make the perfect summer treat! Juicy blackberries dashed with a spritz of lime juice are mixed with rich vanilla yogurt and cream to make the ultimate warm-weather dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat the blackberries, water, lime juice, and 2 Tablespoons of the honey over low heat, muddling the blackberries occasionally until they break down and until the mixture starts to thicken - about 30-45 minutes.

  • Once the blackberry mixture is cool, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of it into the yogurt mixture, reserving the rest. 
  • Pour a small amount of the yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds. Layer in the blackberry sauce, followed by more yogurt mixture until the molds are full.
  • Add your popsicle stick and place in the freezer until frozen, about 2 hours.
