Baked Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Sandwiches (Easy!)
These Baked Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Sandwiches are easy and also happen to be delicious. With just a handful of simple ingredients like brie cheese, deli ham, and crescent roll dough, you can whip these up in no time. They’re perfect for a quick lunch, a party appetizer, or even a light weeknight dinner.

Preheat the oven 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent rolls. To the top of each dough piece, add a small slice of ham and a slice of brie cheese.
Drizzle the top of the ham and cheese with honey and sprinkle with the chopped rosemary.
Roll the dough tightly, starting at the wide end, to form a croissant shape and place the game and cheese roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then serve as an easy lunch, quick snack, app or dinner.
Notes
Note: Use your best judgment here depending on how thick your hame is. I used about ¼ pound total. You don't want to stuff these sandwiches too full and they should be easy to roll.
