Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated canned biscuits (I used Pillsbury Grands - Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits)
  • light cooking spray

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the inside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place biscuits in the bottom of the air fryer in a single layer-don’t stack! If the biscuits don't all fit in your air fryer at once, air fry them in batches.
  • Set the air fryer to 350 degrees F and air fry the biscuits for 6 minutes. Flip and rotate the biscuits, and cook for 3-4 minutes more, or until the biscutis are cooked through on the inside and golden brown on the outside. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, don't stack the biscuits in the air fryer.
  • Be sure to flip AND rotate the biscuits at the 6-minute mark to ensure they cook on all sides.
  • Biscuits will store for 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator, or for up to 3 months in the freezer.
