Ingredients
6-12
hard-boiled eggs
1
cup
water
large bowl full of ice
Instructions
Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Place the Instant Pot trivet in the Instant Pot, and place your eggs in an even layer on top of the trivet.
Set your Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. (3-4 minutes if you’d like soft boiled eggs.)
Once cooking time is done, let the pressure naturally release for about 3-5 minutes, then manually release the rest.
Carefully remove the eggs from the Instant Pot and place them in your ice bath. Let them sit for about 5 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the ice bath, peel, and enjoy!
Hard-boiled eggs can be stored peeled or unpeeled in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
