Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic roasted
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Roast the garlic. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and slice off the top of the garlic head. Place on a piece of foil, then pour 1 tablespoon of oil over the top and seal the foil. Roast for 35-45 minutes, until garlic is tender and the individual cloves can easily be pressed out.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix on low speed until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Use on parmesan wings, pizza, salad, or as a dipping sauce.

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 1-1 ½ cup of sauce. Depending on the size of your garlic head, it may make slightly more or less.
