Just like Buffalo Wild Wings, this easy, homemade Garlic Parmesan Sauce packs a ton of garlicky, cheesy flavor and is the perfect sauce for pasta, wings and more!
Roast the garlic. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and slice off the top of the garlic head. Place on a piece of foil, then pour 1 tablespoon of oil over the top and seal the foil. Roast for 35-45 minutes, until garlic is tender and the individual cloves can easily be pressed out.
Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix on low speed until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Use on parmesan wings, pizza, salad, or as a dipping sauce.
Notes
This recipe makes about 1-1 ½ cup of sauce. Depending on the size of your garlic head, it may make slightly more or less.
