This Waffle Breakfast Sandwich is a protein-packed, indulgent way to start your morning. Golden brown waffles are layered with tangy cream cheese, creamy scrambled eggs, and delicate smoked salmon to create a mouthwatering breakfast sandwich that will become your new weekend favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-8 Waffles You'll need 4 if serving the sandwiches open-faced, 8 for 4 complete sandwiches.
  • 6 whole eggs scrambled
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 8 oz smoked salmon

Instructions
 

  • Place one waffle on a small plate. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over the waffle.
  • Top the cream cheese with a scoop of the scrambled eggs.
  • Add a few slices of smoked salmon to the eggs.
  • Place 2-3 sliced onions on top of the eggs.
  • Top with another waffle, or serve the sandwich open-faced.

Notes

  • Use the highest quality of smoked salmon you can find for the best results.
