Add the chopped apple to a blender.
Add the whole milk.
Add the apple pie spices, vanilla extract and caramel sauce, and blend until the apple has liquified.
Add the ice cream and blend on low speed for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture is fully combined.
Pour the mixture into mugs or glass mason jars.
Top with whipped cream, an extra drizzle or caramel sauce, and a fun straw and enjoy!
To make the frosty thicker, use more ice cream and less milk.
