I just made this but I cut the recipe in half and used a quarter sheet pan (9"x12) as I didn't want to turn on the big oven. Cooked them in my air fryer toaster oven for 10 minutes and they came out perfect! Wow so easy! I also added 1tbs of vinegar to the milk to make buttermilk as I find the kodiak mix doesn't lift very well so this makes them fluffy.

Thank you! This was great. Worked perfectly. I did my usual substitutions/additions with the kodiak mix. (Use 0.5 cup applesauce and only 1.5 cups milk, a tsp of cinnamon, tsp of vanilla).
