Easy to make and way cheaper than takeout! This recipe subs out the raw fish for smoked salmon and imitation crab, then piles on the veggies and a spicy sriracha mayo for a great-tasting sushi bowl.

-Sushi Rice -Smoked salmon -Carrot, Cucumber & Avocado -Imitation crab -Nori -Sesame seeds, green onions & jalapeños -Sriracha mayo

Make the sushi rice by combining the cooked rice, rice vinegar, and sugar with the rice in a bowl.

Step 1 - Make The Rice!

Prepare the toppings: shred the carrot, slice the avocado and cucumber, and prepare your salmon.

Step 2 - Toppings!

Prepare the sriracha mayo by mixing mayo and sriracha sauce together in a small bowl.

Step 3 - Sauce!

Assemble the bowl by adding the the rice to the bowl, then topping with the smoked salmon, veggies and nori strips. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with the sauce. 

Step 4 - Assemble!

To make sure your sushi rice is nice and sticky, rinse it in a colander first  until the water runs clear and allow it to drain for 5-10 minutes.
