Terms Of Service

Last updated: 10/19/2026

Welcome to Front Range Fed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [Legal Business Name] ("Front Range Fed," "we," "us"), which runs frontrangefed.com (the "Site"). Please read them, especially Section 8, which requires most disputes to be resolved through individual arbitration rather than in court or as a class action.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using the Site, subscribing to our newsletter, or leaving a comment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is meant for adults 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with a parent's or guardian's permission and involvement.

2. Recipes, photos and sharing

All content on the Site, including recipe text, photos, videos, graphics and the Front Range Fed name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You're welcome to:

  • Cook the recipes and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • Share a link to any post, or pin and share it using the share buttons on the Site.
  • Share one photo with a clear credit and a link back to the original post.

Please don't republish full recipes, recipe text or multiple photos on another website, social account, app or publication, use our content to train software or AI models, or use it commercially without written permission. To ask about licensing, contact us.

The Front Range Fed name and logo are our trademarks. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or that could confuse readers. Other brand names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners.

Posts reflect information at the time they were written. We may update them, but we aren't obligated to keep older posts current.

3. Comments, reviews and photos you share

When you leave a comment, rating, recipe note, or photo ("Your Content"), you keep ownership of it. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, permanent license to display, edit for length or clarity, and share Your Content on the Site, in our newsletter, and on our social channels.

You agree that Your Content is your own, is honest, and doesn't include spam, hateful or harassing language, someone else's private information, or anything unlawful. We may edit, decline or remove any comment for any reason.

Reviews and ratings. We don't pay for reviews or ratings, post fake ones, or hide honest negative ones. We may remove reviews and ratings that are fake, off-topic, spammy or that break these Terms.

4. Cooking, food safety and nutrition

Recipes are shared for home cooks' general information. Results vary with your ingredients, equipment, altitude and technique. Please use your own judgment, follow safe food-handling practices, and cook meat, poultry, seafood and eggs to safe internal temperatures.

You are responsible for checking ingredients and labels for allergens and for any dietary needs in your household. Nutrition information is an automatic estimate, offered as a courtesy, and may not be accurate. Nothing on the Site is medical, health or nutrition advice; talk with a qualified professional about your own needs.

Some recipes include alcohol and are intended for adults of legal drinking age. Please enjoy responsibly.

5. Advertising, affiliate links and sponsored posts

The Site is supported by advertising served through CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a Raptive, and its advertising partners. Some posts contain affiliate links, including as a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program; as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Sponsored posts are labeled as sponsored.

We don't control the products, services or content of advertisers or affiliate partners, and an ad or link is not an endorsement. Any purchase you make is between you and that seller.

6. Consent to data collection

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. It explains what information we, our vendors and our service providers (including our advertising partners, analytics providers, email service, site search and sharing tools, and security providers) collect when you visit the Site, and how that information is used and shared.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your information by us, our vendors and our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy, including through cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies that record how you use the Site, and identifiers that may recognize your browser or device across other websites and devices.

You can opt out of the use of your information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising at any time by following the instructions in our Privacy Policy or using the privacy links on the Site.

7. Links, disclaimers and limits on liability

Other websites. The Site links to websites we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

No warranties. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE, OUR VENDORS AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, WARRANTY, STATUTE OR TORT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR $100.

Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

8. Resolving disputes: individual arbitration and class waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.

What it covers. This section applies to any dispute between you and us, or between you and our vendors or service providers, that relates to the Site, these Terms, the Privacy Policy or your relationship with us, including claims about the collection or use of data ("Disputes"). Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may ask a court to stop the misuse of intellectual property.

Time limit. Any Dispute must be started within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

Try to resolve it first. Before starting arbitration, you must send a written notice to [Legal Business Name], [physical mailing address], describing your name, contact information, the specific facts of your claim and the relief you want. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Arbitration can't begin until this step is complete.

Arbitration. If it isn't resolved, the Dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules for claims under $250,000 and its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules for larger claims. The arbitrator decides any question about whether this section applies or can be enforced. If the arbitrator finds you can't afford the JAMS fees, we'll pay them. If the arbitrator finds a claim frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, the arbitrator may award the other side its attorneys' fees and costs.

No class actions or jury trials. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial.

Mass filings. If 50 or more similar arbitration demands against us are filed by or with the help of the same law firm or coordinated group within about 30 days, they will be administered in batches of at least 20 demands each, with one arbitrator per batch, and each batch decided before the next proceeds.

Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration section by emailing [contact email] within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, with your name and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.

Other terms. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the Dispute will proceed in court rather than in class arbitration. Future changes to this section won't apply to a Dispute already noticed. This section survives the end of your use of the Site.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

Governing law. Apart from Section 8, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Electronic communications. When you email us or give us your email address, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically, and that those communications meet any legal requirement for written notice.

Contact. Questions about these Terms? Reach us through our contact page, at [contact email], or by mail at Front Range Fed, LLC, .

10. Site rules, ending access and responsibility

Don't misuse the Site. You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to copy or collect content or data from the Site without our written permission.
  • Try to hack, overload, disrupt or get around the Site's security.
  • Upload viruses or other harmful code.
  • Send spam or use the Site to advertise to our readers.
  • Use the Site in any way that breaks the law.

Ending access. We may suspend or block anyone's access to the Site, or remove any content, at any time and for any reason.

Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Front Range Fed, LLC and our vendors and service providers from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit
