-Fresh Cranberries -Oranges -Jalapeno Pepers -Water -Sugar
Add the cranberries, water and sugar to a medium sized saucepan.
Dice the jalapenos and add them to the pan. Zest and juice the orange and add to the cranberries.
Heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, until the cranberries have burst.
Mash the cranberries with a fork or back of a spoon. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra jalapenos.
Serve alongside ham or turkey, or on sandwiches, like this Leftover Turkey And Cranberry Sliders.
Adjust the amount of jalapeno pepper you use to make it milder or spicier!
