Add the meatball ingredients to a large bowl and combine well.
Using your hands, roll the meat mixture into small balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the oven at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Make a simple sauce for the meatballs using mayo, honey, sriracha,, sour cream and soy sauce.
Serve the Asian meatballs with pita bread, lettuce, extra scallions and the spicy sauce.
When rolling the meatballs, wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking!
