Crescent Roll Garlic Knots

These easy garlic knots use crescent roll dough brushed with garlic butter, Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, and are then baked until golden brown and delicious. It's an easy recipe that goes great with any Italian meal!

-Refrigerated crescent roll dough -Parmesan and mozzarella cheese -Butter -Garlic -Parsley and basil -Salt

Start by rolling out the crescent rolls into rectangles. 

Step 1

Using a pizza cutter, cut the rectangles into strips, lengthwise.

Step 2

Brush the melted garlic butter onto the strips using a pastry brush. 

Step 3

Add the cheese and herb mixtures to the dough strips.

Step 4

Carefully roll each strip into a long tube.

Step 5

Make a knot by crossing two ends of a tube over each other, then tucking the ends under to form a garlic knot.

Step 6

Bake the garlic knots for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Then remove from the oven and brush remaining garlic butter over the top.

Step 7

Be sure to keep the dough cold until you're ready to roll it out - it will be much easier to handle!
