Start by adding your larger items - the cheeses and dips - and use those as your "anchors" for the platter.
Next, add the crackers and pita bread and nestle them around the cheeses and dips.
Add the fresh vegetables strategically around the board.
Finally, fill in the rest of the board with the grapes, olives, dolmeh and sardines.
Tuck some fresh herbs such as parsley, basil or dill into the nooks and crannies of the board for added flavor and a pretty presentation.
Add a variety of dips, including whipped feta or various types of hummus.
