This dip is ultra delicious and uses fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, greek yogurt, and a blend of cheeses to create a super creamy and comforting dish that pairs perfectly with crackers, toasted bread, or veggies.

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip - No Mayo!

Key Ingredients

-Spinach -Artichoke Hearts -Red Bell Pepper & Garlic -S&P, Paprika & Red Pepper Flakes -Lemon Zest -Cream Cheese, Yogurt & Sour Cream -Mozzarella nd Parmesan Cheese

Sautee the garlic and red pepper in olive oil.

Add the spinach in batches, allowing it to wilt as it cooks.

Add the artichoke hearts, spices and lemon zest and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to low and add the  cream cheese, mozzarella, yogurt, sour cream and parmesan. Cook until melted.

Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and broil for 4-5 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sides are bubbling.
