Easy Cookie Recipes

Is the cookie the ultimate dessert or what? Easy to make, fancy or plain, and hand-held individual servings - how can you NOT love a cookie?  All the below are delicious, but if you want to try my personal favorites, start with Old Fashioned Sour Cream Sugar Cookies, The New York Times Chocolate Chip Cookies, or these Brown Butter Ooey Gooey Bars (made with a box of cake mix!).
