-Apples -Cinnamon -Sugar -Tahini -Water -Maple Syrup -Salt -Vanilla
Using a mandoline, or a very sharp knife, slice the apples into very thin layers.
Place the apples onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake them in the oven for 3 hours, flipping halfway through.
While the apple chips are baking, make the maple tahini dip by combining the tahini, water, maple syrup, salt and vanilla in a small bowl.
Remove apple chips from the oven at the 3 hour mark, allow to cool, and enjoy!
Cooking the apple chips for a long period of time at a low heat dehydrates them and makes them perfectly crisp.
