-Flour, baking soda and powder -Brown and white sugars -Cold butter, cubed -Eggs -Vanilla -Chocolate chips and chunks -Walnuts
In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, add the butter and sugars.
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until well combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture, then add the chocolate and walnuts.
Using a cookie scoop, spoon the cookie dough into balls and place six onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake cookies for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Chilling the dough for even just 20 minutes can deepen the flavor of the cookies and help prevent them from spreading.
