-All purpose flour -Baking soda -Baking powder -Salt -Butter Granulated sugar -Light brown sugar -Pure vanilla extract -Egg -Chocolate chips or chunks

Prep. Gather ingredients and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a slip mat. Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix the dry ingredients. In a medium sized bowl, mix the dry ingredients until well combined.
Cream the butter and sugars. Add the butter and sugars to a large bowl and mix on high with a hand mixer until well combined.

Combine. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
Bake. Form the cookie dough into 1.5 inch balls and place up to 6 on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes and remove when the cookies are just starting to brown.
Make them pretty! Right after baking, carefully press extra chocolate chips into the cookies while they are still warm for a nice appearance.
