-Flour -Cheddar cheese, -Butter -Cayenne Pepper -Paprika -Salt
In a medium bowl, combine the butter, spices and cheese and mix until combined.
Slowly add the flour and knead until everything is combined (you could also use a mixing stand with the dough hook for this).
Roll out the dough to the shape of a rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick.
Using a pizza cutter or a very sharp knife, cut the dough into thin strips.
Twist the strips to form long curling pieces of dough.
Add the strips to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese straws are a nice golden color.
To make curling the strips slightly easier, press one side down on the parchment paper of the baking sheet while you twist the dough with your other hand.
