Tastes like a sweet, pineapple bread pudding with a buttery custard that will have everyone raving. Super easy to make and goes perfectly alongside a holiday ham, or on it's own as dessert!

-Canned Pineapple -White Bread Cubes -Sugar -Butter -Eggs -Milk

Soak the bread cubes in the milk for 5 minutes.

Add the butter and sugar to a large bowl.

Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until well combined.

Step 4

Add the eggs and mix well.

Add the butter mixture and the canned pineapple to the bread cubes and stir well to incorporate. 

Step 5

Transfer the bread and pineapple mixture to a prepared baking dish. 

Step 6

Bake for 1 hour in the oven, until the top is a golden brown.
