Arroz Con Pollo is an easy one-pot meal that blends delicious lemon and turmeric rice with  spiced chicken thighs that are all cooked on the stovetop. Perfect for busy weeknights.

-Chicken thighs -Chicken broth -Basmati rice -Spices -Lemon -Onion & garlic -Peas -Parsley

Liberally rub the chicken thighs on all sides with the spice mixture, then saute in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes.

Saute the veggies, then add the rice and broth and allow to simmer for 10 minutes before adding the frozen peas.
