Mix the ground beef, chorizo, spices, green onion and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
Form the burger patties. Make them just slightly larger than your slider buns.
Grill the sliders in a skillet or over a grill, 3 minutes each side.
Make the red pepper mayo.
Assemble the burgers by spreading the red pepper mayo on the cut sides of the bun and topping with lettuce, the slider, cheese and roasted red pepper.
Toast the buns to keep them from soaking up the juice from the sliders and becoming soggy.
