For The Breakfast Sauce -Mayo -Sriracha -Worcestershire sauce -Salt For The Steak Egg And Cheese Bagel -Sliced steak (ribeye) -Butter -Eggs -Bagels Smoked cheddar cheese slices

Ingredients
Create the breakfast sauce. Mix all the ingredients for the breakfast sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Cook the steak. In a large skillet, cook the ribeye steak for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Make the eggs. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl and scramble over low heat until soft and creamy.
Toast the bagels. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bagels.
Assemble the sandwiches. Spread the breakfast sauce on both sides of the bagel. Add the steak, egg and cheese, then top with the remaining side of the bagel.
Melt the cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly on the sandwich before serving.
