A delicious side dish that can be made in 20 minutes with only 5 ingredients! Maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness while the bacon gives these Brussels a salty punch.

Sweet Bacon Brussels Sprouts

-Brussels Sprouts -Bacon -Maple Syrup -Salt & Pepper -Crushed Red Pepper

Prepare the Brussels sprouts by washing them and halving them.

Cook the bacon in a large skillet until browned, then remove, chop and set aside.

Add the Brussels Sprouts to the same pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes, allowing them to caramelize on the sides. Add the bacon back to the pan.

Cook a few minutes more until the Brussels are crispy on the outside.

Transfer to a bowl and drizzle the maple syrup over the top. Add the salt, pepper and crushed red pepper and toss to combine.
