-Brussels Sprouts -Bacon -Maple Syrup -Salt & Pepper -Crushed Red Pepper
Prepare the Brussels sprouts by washing them and halving them.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet until browned, then remove, chop and set aside.
Add the Brussels Sprouts to the same pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes, allowing them to caramelize on the sides. Add the bacon back to the pan.
Cook a few minutes more until the Brussels are crispy on the outside.
Transfer to a bowl and drizzle the maple syrup over the top. Add the salt, pepper and crushed red pepper and toss to combine.
Serve this dish immediately! The Brussels sprouts will soften if kept warm for too long.
